Medium Density Fibreboard

Popularly known as MDF, it is an engineered wood product created by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, combining it with wax and a resin binder and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure.

Orient Strand Board

Oriented Strand Board is also known as Flakeboard, Sterling Board and Aspenite. It is a type of engineered wood similar to particle board, formed by adding adhesives and then compressing layers of wood strands in specific orientations.

Finger Joint Panels

Finger-joint panels are single-layer panels made of the best natural wood. they are ideal for high quality furniture and interior decoration such as staircases and window sills, as the finished panels are strong and keep their shape well.

Particle Board

Particle board is also know as low density fibre board (LDF) and chipboard. It is an engineered wood product manufactured from wood chips, sawmill shavings, or even saw dust and a synthetic resin or other suitable binder, which is pressed and extruded.

Chipboard

Chipboard with a veneered surface is widely used for flat-pack furniture and work surfaces. High density chipboard is often used as the carcass for kitchen units, worktops and even flooring.

Romanian Spruce

Romanian Spruce is a high quality building wood. It has good strength and works easily to take a good finish. It is not resistant to decay. Romanian Spruce finds a variety of uses, as sawn wood, veneer and pulp.

Siberian Pine

Siberian pine is a popular ornamental tree in parks and large gardens. It is widely used in high-value carpentry items such as furniture, window frames, paneling, floors, and roofing. The resin of some species is an important source of turpentine.

American Red Oak

American red oak is the dominant species in the hardwood forests of USA. It is characterized by its distinctive grain and wood that is not always red in colour. The name comes from the colour of the leaf during Autumn.

American White Oak

American White Oak is a timber which is imported from eastern USA and used for a variety of applications, including furniture, flooring and joinery.

American Cherry

American cherry is a hardwood native to the eastern United States of America. Its heartwood ranges from a dark, rich red to a reddish brown, and is used for high end interior design and the manufacture of musical instruments.

American Maple

American Maple, growing naturally in the hardwood forests of North America, is world-renowned for its delicate colour, hardness, fine grain and finishing quality.

American Ash

American ash is strong and tough with distinctive grain, character and colour. The wood of white ash is valued for its strength, hardness, heavy weight and shock resistance. Native Americans appreciated its usefulness for tools and implements, and it is used extensively today for tool handles. Its use in wooden baseball bats is famous.

African Teak

African teak is very valuable as a moderately heavy, durable timber that is often a suitable substitute for teak. It is used in boat building, joinery, flooring and decorative veneers.

African Mahogany

The timber of Khaya is called African Mahogany, and is valued as a substitute to genuine mahogany. African mahogany is used for fine furniture, cabinetry, large millwork jobs, panelling and boatbuilding.

European Beech

The beech has been used for its wood by man for thousands of years. The wood is white, or reddish if grown on acid soil, but fine grained, smooth and heavy when first cut. It may split as it dries. It is a good wood for making ornaments, tool handles, kitchen utensils, furniture and parts of buildings.

West Malaysian Meranti

Meranti is commonly used for marine and millwork applications. It is similar to Okoume and Red Grandis in color, stability and durability.
